Pull It Together!

So I have finally decided to try to pull my life together and actually post something on my blog. The Topic: life, food, and fitness and how I am personally going to attempt to pull all those aspects together to create a healthier lifestyle.
I decided I would blog about this after signing up for the Blue Print 4 Change program at work. This is a 12 week program that is designed to challenge an individual to live a healthier lifestyle by making the right choices about the food we eat, the exercise we need, and to get our minds mentally stable to deal with day to day stresses AKA life.
So over the next 12 weeks I will blog about recipes I will be trying, how I am doing with this challenge, the roadblocks that arise and how I will overcome them. I will warn you that I am not a writer so please no judging! 
Enjoy my nonsense and please feel free to comment or do the challenge along with me! So many of my friends are asking for advice on healthy eating and how to get into shape… I am not a trainer but love to share the knowledge I have gained and the experiences I have had in the hopes to motivate others.
